A Texas native, Judy taught elementary school for 27 years before jumping into real estate. She and her husband Don started traveling to Angel Fire 10 years ago and loved it so much that they made the move for good. Our very own Mike Woolley sold the Willinghams their home in 2015. 

Judy’s approach when working with clients is to listen to their wants and needs to find the perfect property. Her relational skills are top notch, which she credits to her many years as a teacher. Living by the Golden Rule, she chooses to present buyers with as many options as possible, just as she would want done for herself. With her knack for research and gift of reading people, you can rest assured that Judy will get the job done well.

Judy’s husband, Don, is the Director of Golf at the Angel Fire Resort, a job he thoroughly enjoys. Judy and Don have two daughters and two grandsons.
